Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support day-to-day employee relations matters and provide HR guidance
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance with legal requirements
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices

Qualification:

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
